Is pricing really per tablet per month?
Yes — you pay for each tablet you enrol. If you have 12 tables, you have 12 tablets, and you pay for 12. No per-order fees, no revenue share.
Are there setup or hardware fees?
No setup fees. Hardware (the Android tablets) is purchased separately — we recommend specific models in the onboarding guide, or we can supply them. The Tablette subscription covers the software only.
Can I mix plans across tablets?
Plans are per restaurant, not per tablet. All tablets at a location run the same plan.
What happens if I downgrade?
You can downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. Features from the higher plan stop working on the next billing date.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 30-day pilot on request — book a demo and we'll set it up for one location.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. The tablet runs Tablette in kiosk mode. Guests interact with it like a touchscreen kiosk — nothing to install.
